09/27/2008 - The Upstream has merged, a few minor changes
The Upstream Hosting Solutions is proud to announce it has successfully completed the merger with UK based SnKwebnet. SnKwebnet is a newly formed muti-service company specializing in web hosting services and internet media services. As part of this merger, we now have taken on a significant reduction of company cost and liability. This will allow us to sustain our high quality hosting at affordable prices for the forseeable future. There will only be a few minor changes in the structuring of the new company. We will remain operating as The Upstream Hosting Solutions, acting as an independent subsidary of SnKwebnet. Business will be as usual and there will be no changes in how you are billed and you receive customer service. We will be moving all of our hosting infrastructure and operations over to Europe in the coming days and weeks.
